1.
Required is a safe and clean area for our performers to perform their
shows. Performers will not perform on grass or unstable flooring at
anytime.
2.
Cameras, videos or mobile phones are not permitted during the
performance. You must discuss this will the performer or event staff for
permission to record show in any way. If he/she declines, you must
respect their decision. Our performers have reputations outside of this
industry.
3.
If payment is cash, payment is required before the dancer performs
his/her show or before the waitressing or barmaid shift begins.
4.
Disrespecting the performers by yelling insanities/insults or throwing
objects at them will NOT be tolerated. The performer reserves the right
to cancel their show at any time.
5.
Audience participation through his/her show are only allowed to touch
performer if directed by them. Inappropriate touching, fondling or
groping will cause the show to be terminated early.
6.
If the above rules are broken this will result in the show being
terminated with NO REFUND. We urge that you explain the rules to your
guests so know one ruins the night for everyone as there is seriousness in
these rules and that further action will be taken with the law if these
rules are breached.
7.
If the performer booked is to be a surprise for a bucks or birthday girl
or boy please be aware that the performer may not arrive at the event in
full costume and will need a room to change into costume.
8.
Performances can change depending on the event if a request has been
made reducing time or show performance and this is agreed by host and
performer we do not provide refund in anyway. 9.
Elite Striptease reserves the right to cancel any booking at anytime. Without refund of deposit. 10.
If a guest is caught taking video footage or photo's of any performer, Elite Striptease reserves the right to fine the booking client with fine amounts of up to $500.00 11.
If a performer is touched or abused in anyway without the consent of the performer, the booking client will be fined of up to $500.00. We urge all hosts to explain the rules to all your guests. Performers will reinforce these rules before they begin their job. |
